Crockpot Chicken Barbecue Pizza Soup
Ingredients
2 Tablespoons oil
1 medium onion, finely chopped
2 Tablespoons minced garlic
1 Can of Corn 1 Red Pepper
3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 Cups Chicken Broth
1/2 Cup BBQ Sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon Garlic Salt
1/2 Cup fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
1. Chop the parsley, onion, and pepper
2. Place the chicken and all the rest of the ingredients in the crockpot
3. Don't forget the barbecue sauce...
4. And the seasonings and give it a good stir!
5. Cook 6-8 hours on low. Around hour 4 stir to help the chicken shred.
6. Enjoy because my Husband and I loved it!!!

Am following you now since it seems to be about my favorite topic, cooking. Your soup recipe looks really tasty. I printed it off to try and added the corn to the ingredients.
