
Welcome to Taste This Thursday once again! This week I wanted to share my favorite soup in the whole world ..I got introduced to this Soup by my sister about 4 years ago at The Olive Garden. Since then I have been trying to recreate and look for copycat recipes. I finally got a recipe that satisfies my taste buds. The name of the soup is called....
Zuppa Toscana

Ingredients
- 1 lb Italian sausage (I like mild sausage)
- 2 large russet baking potatoes , sliced in half, and then in 1/4 inch slices
- 1 large onion , chopped
- ¼ cup bacon bit (optional)
- 2 garlic cloves , minced
- 2 cups kale (1 bunch for me)
- 2 (8 ounce) cans chicken broth
- 1 quart water
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
